Rules for renters

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
