Driver requirements

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

Getting the car booked

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.
