To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

What we ask of drivers

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
