About the colour

If you want it in brown, say so in your request and we look for one for your dates. The colour is part of what we confirm in the offer. A brown car can be requested, but never promised before we confirm.

The numbers in plain words

Power: the 2.5L 4-cylinder; drive: all-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

Rated at 8.2 L/100 km combined, it needs around 25 litres for a 300 km round trip. A 300 km round trip costs roughly $38.13 at our price setting.

Size and space

The higher seat of a compact SUV gives a good view of the road in traffic.

Who it is for

Its all-wheel drive suits winter roads and trips to ski country. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Our Forester cars

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below.

What we ask of drivers

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

From your dates to the handover

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.
