What you need to rent

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

How it works

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
