Renting: the basics

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
