What you need to rent

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Booking, step by step

Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.
