What the specs mean

The electric motor does the work, through a 1-speed automatic. It is fully electric: no gas at all, and you return it with the charge it had at pickup. Rear-wheel drive gives balanced handling; in winter, the tires make the biggest difference.

For every 100 km it uses about 16.4 kWh. Rated range: 531 km. Winter and highway speeds bring it down. A 300 km weekend costs about $7.38 in energy at our price setting.

Space and size

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. The EPA lists 425 litres for luggage, roughly a family's bags for a long weekend.

Best uses

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits commuters, couples and business trips.

Renting it

We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer.

From your dates to the handover

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. You pay when you approve, and only then.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

Rules for renters

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
