Under the hood

The electric motor with all-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. Being electric, it is quiet and quick from a stop, and it charges at home, at work or at public chargers. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

It uses 18.6 kWh per 100 km, so 300 km takes about 56 kWh of charge. Its rated range is 507 km on a full charge; real range drops in cold weather and at highway speeds. For 1,000 km, budget about $27.90 at our price setting.

A good match for

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Inside and out

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. EPA lists 425 litres of luggage space, enough for a family's bags for a long weekend.

Getting this car from us

We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. Meanwhile, 7 similar cars are listed below.

What we check

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

From request to keys

A short online request with the car and your times gets things moving, at no cost. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.
