The booking steps

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

The rules, briefly

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
