The Model 3 in brown

What the specs mean

The electric motor does the work, through a 1-speed automatic. It is fully electric: no gas at all, and you return it with the charge it had at pickup. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

At 18.6 kWh/100 km, a 300 km day uses roughly 56 kWh. On paper it goes 507 km between charges, less in winter. That works out to about $2.79 per 100 km at our price setting.

Is it right for your trip?

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. Its all-wheel drive suits winter roads and trips to ski country.

How big it is

As a mid-size car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. Its 425 litre trunk is enough for a family's bags for a long weekend.

Booking with CarmaCars

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. You pay when you approve, and only then.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

Requirements

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

When you know your dates

Send a request today, and approve the offer only if it works for you.
