The Corolla in green

Tell us if green is a must or a preference, and we look accordingly. We cannot promise a colour until we confirm; ask for green and we try. Our green cars of this kind are listed first, when we have one.

What the figures tell you

It uses the 1.8L 4-cylinder and front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

It is rated 7.5 L/100 km combined: about 23 litres every 300 km. The fuel for 100 km comes to about $11.63 at our price setting.

When the Corolla makes sense

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy.

How big it is

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. With 368 litres of luggage space by the EPA's measure, it takes about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Getting this car from us

There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer.

What happens when you ask for a car

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

Driver requirements

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

Ready when you are

Tell us your dates and where you want the car, and we will do the rest.
