Our yellow cars of this kind are listed first, when we have one. If you want it in yellow, say so in your request and we look for one for your dates. The studio image shows the Corolla in yellow; photos of each real car are on its page.

The figures, translated

The powertrain to know here is the 1.8L 4-cylinder, with front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

For 300 km of mixed driving, expect about 23 litres, from its 7.6 L/100 km rating. That works out to about $11.78 per 100 km at our price setting.

Who the Corolla suits

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy.

Size and space

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. At 368 litres, the trunk fits about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Renting the Corolla from CarmaCars

Meanwhile, 7 similar cars are listed below. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person.

Before you rent

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.

Booking, step by step

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
