The 2017 Toyota Corolla LE, explained

Here is the 2017 Toyota Corolla LE: the numbers, what they mean, and who it suits. The LE is trim 2 of 4 in the Canadian lineup of the 2017 Toyota Corolla.

Farmbrook and the Corolla

CarmaCars is based in Toronto, about 509 km from Farmbrook, and does not deliver there. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Farmbrook starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

Neighbouring areas include Hannover, Crestwood Village and Mountain Village.

What the figures tell you

It runs the 1.8L 4-cylinder, with front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

Its combined rating is 7.6 L/100 km, which means roughly 23 litres for 300 km. The fuel for 100 km comes to about $11.78 at our price setting.

What the Corolla is like

As a mid-size car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. For luggage, 368 litres means about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Best uses

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Can I rent it?

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner.

From your dates to the handover

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

What you need to rent

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
