What the specs mean

The 1.8L 4-cylinder does the work, through an automatic (CVT). It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

The EPA rates it at 7.6 L/100 km combined, so a 300 km weekend uses about 23 litres. In money, 1,000 km costs about $117.80 at our price setting.

A good match for

It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.

Practical details

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. Its 368 litres of luggage space fit about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Renting it

There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer.

The steps

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

What we ask of drivers

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

Ask us
