The 2021 Toyota Corolla L in plain words

Java and the Corolla

We have no location in Java; CarmaCars rents from Toronto, about 1,639 km away. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Java starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

Selby, Lowry and Sitka are the neighbouring places on our list.

The Corolla in silver

A colour can never be promised before we confirm; ask for silver in your request. If silver matters for an event, say so and we look for one for your dates. In silver, the Corolla looks like the studio image; real photos are on each car's page.

The numbers in plain words

Power comes from the 2.0L 4-cylinder, driving through a 10-speed automatic. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

The EPA rates it at 6.6 L/100 km combined, so a 300 km weekend uses about 20 litres. A 300 km round trip costs roughly $30.69 at our price setting.

Who the Corolla suits

It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while. It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month.

Space and size

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. In plain terms, its 510 litres of luggage space hold a family's bags for a long weekend.

Getting one from us

A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 7 similar cars are listed below.

What to expect when you book

Tell us the car and the dates in a request. There is no fee for asking. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

The rules, briefly

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
