About the colour

A colour can never be promised before we confirm; ask for white in your request. The colour is part of what we confirm in the offer. Tell us if white is a must or a preference, and we look accordingly.

Engine and fuel

The 2.0L 4-cylinder with front-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

Fuel use is rated 6.6 L/100 km combined, so 300 km needs about 20 litres. Driving 300 km costs roughly $30.69 at our price setting.

Who rents the Corolla

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy.

What the Corolla is like

As a compact car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. In plain terms, its 510 litres of luggage space hold a family's bags for a long weekend.

Rent it from us

This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check. Meanwhile, 7 similar cars are listed below.

What we check

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

What happens when you ask for a car

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. You pay when you approve, and only then.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.
