Getting a quote

If you have a deadline, put it in the request. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate. Send a few details or photos and we reply with a price. If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more.

How long you are without it

We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.

How the price is set

The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.

A few things first

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.

Aftercare

Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.
