Your request

Ask anything about the work in your request; a person answers. If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. Send a few details or photos and we reply with a price. Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven.

What to bring

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.

After the work

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.

How the price is set

The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.

How long it takes

If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.
