Booking a time

Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate. We price each job once we know the car and what it needs. Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven.

Pricing, plainly

The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. We price the job before we start, never after. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.

After the work

Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.

Planning around the work

If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.

Getting the car ready

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
