What happens after you ask

A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide. If you have a deadline, put it in the request. We price each job once we know the car and what it needs. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree.

How long it takes

We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. A clear timeline comes with every quote. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.

On the day

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

Keeping it that way

Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.

What goes into a quote

The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. We price the job before we start, never after.
