Your request

Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. Every car is different, so we reply with a price for yours. A short description of the problem is enough to start.

What to bring

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

How long it takes

If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.

After the work

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.

Pricing, plainly

The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.
