Getting a price

If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. A short description of the problem is enough to start. The quote comes before any work, so there are no surprises. Not sure what the car needs? Describe it and we suggest the right work.

A few things first

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

What goes into a quote

We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.

Timing

We keep you posted if the timing changes. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.

Keeping it that way

Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
