What to send us

Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. Ask anything about the work in your request; a person answers. Every car is different, so we reply with a price for yours. Not sure what the car needs? Describe it and we suggest the right work.

Pricing, plainly

Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.

How long it takes

Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.

Getting the car ready

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.

Keeping it that way

Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
