Your request

Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. You approve the price before we start. Include the colour and any options that affect the work.

Planning around the work

We keep you posted if the timing changes. A clear timeline comes with every quote. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.

After the work

Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.

How the price is set

A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.

Getting the car ready

Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Ask any question you have before the work starts. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
