Getting a quote

Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree. The quote comes before any work, so there are no surprises. Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you.

Pricing, plainly

Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.

How long you are without it

If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.

Before you drop the car off

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.

Looking after it afterwards

Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
