Your request

Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. You get a price for your car before anything is done. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in.

What affects the price

A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.

Aftercare

If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.

On the day

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

How long you are without it

We keep you posted if the timing changes. A clear timeline comes with every quote. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
