Your request

Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. Include the colour and any options that affect the work. You approve the price before we start. A short description of the problem is enough to start.

When the car is ready

We keep you posted if the timing changes. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.

Aftercare

Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.

Why prices differ

Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. We price the job before we start, never after.

A few things first

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
