Getting a quote

Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. We price each job once we know the car and what it needs. Not sure what the car needs? Describe it and we suggest the right work.

Planning around the work

Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.

Aftercare

Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.

What affects the price

The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.

A few things first

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
