Getting a price

We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree. Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you. Send photos and we reply with a price for your car. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up.

How long you are without it

A clear timeline comes with every quote. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.

Keeping it that way

Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.

What affects the price

The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.

Getting the car ready

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
