A few things first

Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.

When the car is ready

Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
