Getting a price

Include the colour and any options that affect the work. If you have a deadline, put it in the request. You approve the price before we start. Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you.

After the work

Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.

What affects the price

The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.

Before you drop the car off

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Ask any question you have before the work starts.

Planning around the work

Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
