What to send us

Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you. A person reads each request and replies within one business day. You approve the price before we start. Mention the year and trim so we price the right size of car.

Timing

A clear timeline comes with every quote. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished.

Aftercare

If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.

How the price is set

The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. We price the job before we start, never after.

Getting the car ready

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
