Booking the work near Cotner Terrace
If you can bring the car to Toronto, we can do paint correction; we have no location in Cotner Terrace. The short version: Buffing the paint by machine, usually before a wax or a coating. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Booking the work
Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. You approve the price before we start. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate.
How the price is set
Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.
After the work
Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.
When the car is ready
Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. A clear timeline comes with every quote.
Before you drop the car off
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
