The request

Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works. A short description of the problem is enough to start. You approve the price before we start. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in.

Why prices differ

Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.

On the day

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

Looking after it afterwards

Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.

Planning around the work

Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days.
