What to send us

Include the colour and any options that affect the work. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. The quote comes before any work, so there are no surprises. If you have a deadline, put it in the request.

How long you are without it

Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.

How the price is set

Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.

Aftercare

Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.

Getting the car ready

Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
