What to send us

A person reads each request and replies within one business day. A short description of the problem is enough to start. There is no one price: we quote your car after seeing the details. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up.

Timing

We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.

Looking after it afterwards

Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.

How the price is set

Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.

What to bring

Ask any question you have before the work starts. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
