About the work
Car Buffing in Elk Run: CarmaCars works in the Toronto area only, so here is the honest picture. What we do here: Buffing the paint by machine, usually before a wax or a coating. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Getting a price
A short description of the problem is enough to start. If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. You approve the price before we start. Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven.
When the car is ready
Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days.
What affects the price
The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
Before you drop the car off
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
Looking after it afterwards
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.
