The request

Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate. Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. Every car is different, so we reply with a price for yours. Not sure what the car needs? Describe it and we suggest the right work.

After the work

Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.

Planning around the work

Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.

Pricing, plainly

We price the job before we start, never after. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.

What to bring

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
