Car Buffing in Fontana, KS

Car Buffing: what is involved

For paint correction in Fontana: CarmaCars does this work only in the Toronto area, about 1,430 km away. Buffing the paint by machine, usually before a wax or a coating. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.

The request

Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. If you have a deadline, put it in the request. There is no one price: we quote your car after seeing the details. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time.

Planning around the work

Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished.

What goes into a quote

We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.

A few things first

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.

Keeping it that way

Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
