Booking the work near Forrest Meadows
CarmaCars does this work in the Toronto area, about 1,656 km from Forrest Meadows. Put simply: Buffing the paint by machine, usually before a wax or a coating. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Booking a time
Mention the year and trim so we price the right size of car. Not sure what the car needs? Describe it and we suggest the right work. You approve the price before we start. If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more.
Planning around the work
You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.
Why prices differ
The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
Looking after it afterwards
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
On the day
Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
