What to send us

We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works. Send photos and we reply with a price for your car. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree.

What goes into a quote

If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.

When the car is ready

We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. We keep you posted if the timing changes.

After the work

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.

What to bring

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
