The request

If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. If you have a deadline, put it in the request. Send photos and we reply with a price for your car. A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide.

On the day

Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Ask any question you have before the work starts.

What affects the price

The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.

After the work

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.

How long you are without it

If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days.
