What to send us

Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. Not sure what the car needs? Describe it and we suggest the right work. The quote comes before any work, so there are no surprises. A person reads each request and replies within one business day.

What affects the price

Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.

Looking after it afterwards

Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.

Planning around the work

We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.

Before you drop the car off

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
