About the work
CarmaCars does this work in the Toronto area, about 1,440 km from Granada. Put simply: Buffing the paint by machine, usually before a wax or a coating. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
What happens after you ask
Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. You get a price for your car before anything is done. Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works.
Why prices differ
Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. We price the job before we start, never after. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.
What to bring
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
Looking after it afterwards
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.
Planning around the work
Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.
