Booking the work

A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide. Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works. You approve the price before we start. Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you.

When the car is ready

We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.

On the day

Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.

Aftercare

Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.

Why prices differ

If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.

Where we are

We are based in Toronto; Guadalupe is not somewhere we have a location. Guadalupe is about 2,371 km from our location, and our delivery area is about 250 km.

For work in Guadalupe itself, a local shop is the practical choice. If you can bring the car to the Toronto area, send a request and we quote it. Ask us about Guadalupe in a request; a person answers honestly. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.

Ask us

When you are ready, a short request books the work.
