Your request

A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide. A person reads each request and replies within one business day. You get a price for your car before anything is done. Include the colour and any options that affect the work.

Why prices differ

If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.

What to bring

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

Looking after it afterwards

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.

Planning around the work

A clear timeline comes with every quote. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.
