The request

If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. Ask anything about the work in your request; a person answers. You approve the price before we start. A person reads each request and replies within one business day.

Keeping it that way

Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.

Before you drop the car off

Ask any question you have before the work starts. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.

Pricing, plainly

If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.

Timing

Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. A clear timeline comes with every quote. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.
