Car Buffing: what is involved
CarmaCars has no location in Hoge; we do paint correction in the Toronto area. What it covers: Buffing the paint by machine, usually before a wax or a coating. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Your request
We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree. A person reads each request and replies within one business day. You get a price for your car before anything is done. Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works.
Why prices differ
We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.
Before you drop the car off
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
Looking after it afterwards
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.
Planning around the work
Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
