Getting a quote

We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. A short description of the problem is enough to start. The price depends on the car and the work, so we quote each car before we start. Mention the year and trim so we price the right size of car.

What to bring

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.

Aftercare

Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.

Pricing, plainly

The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation.

How long you are without it

Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days.
